Bill has been serving clients for over 28 years in both commercial and residential real estate. Additionally, Bill has over 14 years of experience in a family-owned building supply company with expansive knowledge of home building and land development.
He has built a 100% referral-based business, performing multiple transactions for most of his clientele. He believes in top-tier service and helping people achieve maximum results in real estate. He has formed strong bonds and friendships beyond real estate.
Bill has been blessed through his career and he gives credit to the Lord and his loyal clients for his success. Bill is honored to do what he loves and grateful he has been able to support his family.

Amy Reed
Amy selflessly served within Buford City Schools for 32 years of her career, most recently serving as the Superintendent’s Secretary, specializing in Buford’s tuition program and facility expansion. She has expansive knowledge of Buford City limits and deep-rooted community connections.
Amy is most notably known for her gentle spirit, work ethic and pound cakes.
Fun Fact: Amy was voted Basketball Homecoming Queen at Buford in 1986.
Ryan Reed
Ryan Reed is a born-and-raised Buford native and trusted local Realtor® known for combining his Accounting, Real Estate, and Construction expertise to help clients make confident, informed decisions. He holds a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Georgia, is a licensed CPA, and previously spent eight years in Mergers & Acquisitions with Deloitte and PwC.
Following in his father’s footsteps—a 30+ year real estate veteran—Ryan specializes in helping sellers maximize profit, guiding buyers to purchase with instant equity, and advising on land, development, and investment opportunities. With deep multi-generation Buford roots and a commitment to honesty, integrity, and excellence, Ryan delivers a smooth, stress-free real estate experience from start to finish.
